RC1202A-FHW-JSX

RC1202A is character type LCD display module 12x2 with module dimension 55.7x32.0 mm. This monochrome display LCD 12x2 has built-in IC ST7066. Default interface of RC1202A module is 6800; if you require interface such as SPI or I2C, they’re available as well, but the IC will be replaced with RW1063. Default power supply is 5V (3V is optional). For 3V module, negative voltage version is available.

Raystar provides various LED backlight combinations for RC1202A 12 character x 2 lines LCD display module, such as white and yellow-green. You can choose module with LED backlight or without it. This series offers a selection of LCD mode, including STN negative, blue; STN positive, gray/yellow-green ; FSTN positive, white ; FSTN negative, black. Options for polarizer & font are abundant as well. LCD polarizer type includes transflective, transmissive and reflective; font includes, English/Japanese, European, Cyrillic.
